A new war of words has broken out over the future of a waste siteon the edge of Bath. Waste Recycling@Bath owner Andy Ridings hasthanked residents in Odd Down and nearby villages for supporting hisplans to build a grassed slope that would act as a sight and noiseshield around the site on the A367.
Mr Ridings sent out a survey to homeowners and said he wasoverwhelmed by the support shown, with a high proportion of peoplesaying they would like to see grassed or wooded countryside ratherthan industrial buildings as they travel past the former FullersEarth site.
